DMX Hits Up The Breakfast Club: Talks Dislike For Jay-z, Drake and Rick Ross! LOL hahaha

This is so funny!! DMX says he doesn’t like Drake at all, he doesn’t even like his haircut.

DMX showed up at The Breakfast Club’s studio early this morning looking more hardcore than ever, and he gave a rare and very honest interview about his new album and all things hip-hop. He revealed that he’s harboring some bad feelings toward Jay-Z because he believes Jay used his position at Def Jam to get rid of X in order to get to the top. And when X started talking about the state of hip-hop and some artist he’s worked with lately, the crew started dropping names to get his opinions. That’s when things got really interesting because, apparently, DMX hates almost everything about Drake. And he thinks all Rick Ross talks about is weed and food, and he’s not with that.

Check what he said  (or scroll to the bottom to view the video :) )

On what happened after he sold millions of records and then everything just stopped
Yall know the story already, “You used to be my dog, you was on my left titty. Screamed ride or die. Thought you would die with me.”

What happened was I had the crazy track record with Def Jam. Everything was good. I go to do the sixth album and [Jay-Z] takes over. When he first got the job, he hit me with the call like ,”Yo dog? Inmates is runnin the building. You good!” Finished the album. Shoot the video … What happened? Go on vacation and, “Yo…we don’t know…” What you mean you don’t know? How do you listen to a whole album, pick a single, shoot a video, then don’t know? Hmm…I see what’s really good. You trying to eliminate the competition. Cause at first you retired. Then, get me off the label. Now, you back rappin’ again. Okay.

On Drake
No. I don’t like anything about Drake. I don’t like his voice. I don’t like what he talks about. I don’t like his face. I don’t like the way he walks. Let me shut up. Imma stop right there.

On Rick Ross
Rick Ross looks more like Biggie. I’m just not impressed. Real talk, man. I’m just not impressed. He just talks about eatin’ and girlfriends too much. How much can a ni–a eat? How much weed can you smoke? I know you got the Maybach. You got the Aston Martin. Okay. Good for you.

On Who impresses DMX right now?

Me. J. Cole is nice. I heard his first song on the radio before I even knew who he was like, “Dang, who’s that?”

On The rumors that he almost signed with Maybach Music Group

I got a letter while I was in prison like, “Yo, we’ll send a limo for you…” da da da. I appreciated the offer and all that, but I really couldn’t see it happening like that.

Chris Brown & Rihanna – ALL LOVED UP PERHAPS?

Now, I hold no reservation in mentioning I have a biased stance on this situation. If there was any justice in the world Chris Brown would be in love with me, but I guess thats just the way the cookie crumbles. Any way back to more pressing issues, these two have had a well documented turbulent relationship in and out of the media. From restraining orders, to full on slander to now a full 360 from all the negativity, which has resorted in the two following each other on twitter, tweeting Happy Birthday even  featuring on each others songs. :O …Shock horror!!

Well, if you had been paying attention to their lyrics in songs since the infamous incident, before the Grammy’s in 2009, all Chris and Rihanna have done is express their love for each other. To be honest, I’d love to hear the perspective everyone else has taken on the situation because to me this is slightly ludicrous, but very predictable. Somewhere deep down, I always knew they would end up back together, as much as it burns every inch of my soul.

Here are  both of their latest music offerings;

First up Rihanna ft Chris Brown – Birthday Cake (Remix), then Chris Brown ft Rihanna -Turn Up The Music (Remix)

Enjoy listening my beautiful people x

Musicalize, What A Night.!!!!

Musicalize is one of the best platforms for rising artists to showcase their talents. In the past years it has seen some of Britain’s brightest stars grace its stage, and this year was no different. With a whole host of acts, ranging from the soulful sounds of Duane Lamonte to the infectious headbangers delivered by the lovely A.Dot, the audiences were delivered their money’s worth.

The show kicked off with LDB, a hip hop duo, whom managed to loosen up the crowd, even getting them to sing along to their songs. I really felt drawn to their sound, as much as I wasn’t all that familiar with it, they clearly have a special edge to them. Sometimes together on stage, sometimes sporadically dotted in the crowed, the two made it there mission to make people remember their lyrics and that they did. For openers of the show, I believe there were the best for the role, and they made sure we didn’t forget them.

Next up was a female I was more used to hearing in my ears. Alex Mills has voiced some of my favourite chorus’ , with her voice being so pure its easily understandable. She shyly took to the stage, and seemed to be a little scared to show us what she was made of, but as time progressed, she reconfirmed that the stage was her rightful home. Smoother than butter I would like to say, her voice nearly silenced the room. She has a great passion for her music, as I’m sure she escaped into her own world at one stage. As she opened her eyes to tell us about her up and coming EP, I saw her look into as many eyes as she could to explain why we should believe in her and her talent, and yes she definitely convinced me!

Kaleem Taylor followed, with a introduction that set the audience up with an understanding that this guy has been making waves all over the country. Kaleem serinaded the crowd with three songs from his recently released EP ’Smooth’. He remained on his stool through out his performance,  but everyones attention remained on this young gentleman. Needless to say the sounds of Kaleem had all the ladies swooning.

The rest of the night saw the likes of  Charlee Drew, A.Dot and Lady Leshurr hype up the stage. The event as whole was excellent for all aspects of the music industry. Live music is always the best way to show people what you are made of as an artist. Musicalize, sought out a collection of great artists, providing an excellent night.

M.I.A. – Bad Girls! Best Video Of 2012 So Far!!! SICKKK!!!

The controversial UK rapper is back with yet another unique blend of hiphop & world music! Last week she got in trouble when she put her middle finger up during Madonna’s multi million dollar performance at the U.S Superbowl. Naughty Girl!! You have got to love this cute little rebel.

The 36-year-old rapper traveled to Ouarzazate, Morocco, for the desert shoot, which was directed by Romain Gavras.

“It was dope to have so many people from so many different backgrounds speaking so many different languages come together to create something that we believed in,” M.I.A. said in statement about the video.

“I thought I was gonna die on the shoot when I saw the drifting. It was a four day shoot so everyone was on edge the whole time specifically ME when I had to do bluesteel singing to the camera while the cars did doughnuts on the wet road 10 feet away. In my mind I was thinking how I was gonna deliver the video to Vice with no legs.”

This Middle Eastern beat on this track is epic and mad catchy. Check out the controversial video below:

Batman Live Review!

The Epic Batman Live stage show cost £12,000,000 to produce and came to Greenwich 02 . They wanted to do it big and capture the visual beauty of the comics and films. They did not disappoint.

Batman Live was packed of super fans, children and some adults dressed as their favorite Batman characters over the years.

My favorite characters in the show were the Joker’s girlfriend who was extremely funny and Cat woman.

The main baddie is the Joker and other sinister villains grace the stage with  their presence, such as The Penguin, Two Faced and The Riddler.

It was amazing show packed with explosive special effects and stunning acrobatic acts.

The show has been designed for ages 6+. It lasts two hours, including a break between acts.

Make sure you get tickets for family when comes back in 2012.
